Each of these small Himalayan singing bowls is hand-hammered in Nepal using a traditional seven-metal alloy, a method that has been used for centuries to create instruments with rich, complex harmonic tones.
 
Every bowl is unique. Subtle differences in thickness, shape, and hammering pattern give each one its own voice.
 
Rather than selecting a bowl by appearance alone, you are invited to listen to the sound of each bowl and choose the frequency that resonates with you.
 
Many people who work with sound believe that the relationship goes both ways — sometimes the bowl chooses the person.
 
Because of this, the bowl you see is the bowl you get. :)
Each hand-selected bowl comes with a wood and suede mallet and a wood egg shaker with instructions for use. 🤍
