Surround yourself with the beautify of the Jemez Red Rocks and step into the Rose Center for Integrative Health to experience our October Sound Bath—a unique event designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Doors open at 5:45 PM, giving you time to settle in around 6pm. The doors will lock promptly at 6:15 PM. Amber and Meg work as a dynamic duo. Meg holds down the base line with 12 crystal singing bowls in every note (Based in the 432 hz) to help you release stress, restore balance, and connect with a supportive community - and more importantly - yourself. Simultaneously, Amber walks around the room, providing personalized treatments to every participant using antique Tibetan bowls, rattles, gongs and more.
